GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (AP) — The names of three people have been forwarded to the governor for his consideration in filling a judgeship opening in south-central Nebraska.
A judicial nominating commission has nominated Thomas Klein, of Wahoo; John Marsh, of Kearney; and Mark Young, of Grand Island. Eight people applied for the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge James Livingston.
The opening is in the 9th Judicial District, which consists of Buffalo and Hall counties.
