LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Police have identified a Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad employee found dead in a Lincoln rail yard early Christmas morning.

62-year-old Charles Lee Roberts was found shortly after midnight on Christmas by a co-worker after Roberts didn’t return from a routine train check.

Lincoln police Capt. David Beggs says investigators don’t believe Roberts’ death is suspicious, but are still trying to determine the cause.
