HICKMAN, Neb. (AP) — Authorities say they’re investigating the death of a 3-month-old baby at a licensed day care in eastern Nebraska.

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says the infant died Tuesday at the day care in Hickman.

Authorities say a caretaker noticed the baby was not breathing, started CPR and called for an ambulance. The child was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

An autopsy completed Wednesday shows the child had no injuries or trauma. Toxicology results are pending.
