OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Authorities say a man is in critical condition at a hospital following a drive-by shooting outside an Omaha home.

Omaha police Lt. Enrico Ramos says the man, whose identity wasn’t released, was on the sidewalk early Monday morning when a vehicle pulled up and someone inside started shooting.

The victim is estimated to be in his 20s and was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center. Police say the man was outside alone and that no one else was nearby at the time of the shooting.
