Kevin “Shrek” Engleman, 28 of North Platte, proud member of the Dead Buffalo MC passed away Monday morning, March 16, 2015 in Hershey, NE as a result of a motorcycle accident as he saved a stray dog on his bike. He lives on with us in the forever chapter here and forever.
He graduated in 2005 from North Platte High School and worked at the Sutherland Power Plant. He loved his family and his motorcycle family, the Dead Buffalo MC. He was very giving, always willing to help anyone who needed it and was a very loyal friend.
Survivors include his Ol’ Lady, Crystal of North Platte; kids, David & Rose; parents, Kevin & Susan; siblings, Larry Alt and Trent (Alexandria) Engleman; niece and nephew, Haylee and Maddilynn; grandmother, Barbara O’Brien; and his Dead Buffalo Brothers all of North Platte. He will be greatly missed by friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Dan O’Brien.

Cremation was chosen. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Light House Foursquare Church 2001 West A. Book signing will be 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2015. Those wishing to sign the register book may do so Friday, March 20, 2015 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
