LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — An Omaha man has been arrested on suspicion of selling methamphetamine after authorities say he met an undercover officer for drug deals with his 1-year-old daughter in tow.
35-year-old Carlos Ruiz Castro was charged Monday with four counts of possession of methamphetamine.
According to police, Castro met with an undercover Lincoln Police officer four times for drug deals and sold 87.5 grams of methamphetamine for $3,300. Authorities say Castro brought along his daughter with him for two of the deals, including the one when he was arrested.
Castro is being held in the Lancaster County on $200,000 bond. It was not immediately clear if he has an attorney.
