The 2015 edition of the Ambassador Classic Golf Tournament is just a few days away, and spots are still available. The 2-man best ball event kicks off with practice rounds on August 7, with the competition on August 8 & 9 at River’s Edge Golf Course in North Platte.

The event will once again feature a slugfest on Friday the 7th at 6 pm along with live music on the deck of River’s Edge Cuisine. After the first round of the tournament on Saturday the 8th, the Million Dollar Shootout takes place at 6:30 followed by dinner and the Calcutta.

Entry is $300 per team and includes weekend golf and range, cart and dinner on Saturday night. The tournament is a best ball format on day one. The bottom three flights scramble on day two. There is also a senior division, which is $220 per team.

Entry forms are available on the North Platte Chamber of Commerce’s website, or by visiting the chamber office. Entries are limited, so participants are urged to submit their forms early.
