Brandon Keith Perry, beloved father, son, brother, cousin, uncle and friend, passed away just after midnight, August 23rd, 2015 at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha after a brief illness. He was 39.
Brandon was born September 16th, 1975, one of the first babies delivered in the new Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte. Brandon grew up fishing and hunting with his dad, cousins, grandparents and great-grandparents, and absolutely loved nature. His greatest wish was to have a cabin in the mountains where he could find peace and feel truly at home. Brandon also loved playing games, restoring and fixing any kind of vehicle, collecting unique items, woodworking and spending time with his countless friends. So many feel the loss knowing that Brandon is no longer a phone call or visit away when they need help, advice or just a friend. His selflessness and trustworthiness are rare traits and he will be immeasurably missed.
Brandon is survived by his mother Debbie; his son Aryan Perry; his sister Sallie (Brian) Keith; nephews Kain, Trysten, and Skyler Keith all of Greeley, Colorado; and grandmother Doris Perry; as well as a long list of other family and friends who are left with a Brandon-sized hole in their hearts, especially his “favorite cousin” Michael Reed.
Brandon was preceded in death by his father, Randy Perry; grandparents, Norman and Viola Dickenson and Robert Perry; great-grandparents Milton and Sallie Jepsen; and his cousin Gloria (Peck) Ward.
A memorial has been established in Brandon’s name for The Guardians of the Children and online condolences may be shared at www.adamsswanson.com. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 28th, 2015 at Harvest Christian Fellowship with Pastor Jeremy Rinke officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, August 27th, 2015 at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home which is in charge of the arrangements.
