LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Police say two men have been injured in a shooting inside a Lincoln home.
Lincoln Police Department Capt. Mayde McGuire said that there was gunfire inside the home around 5:15 p.m. Thursday. McGuire said that police arrived and found a man inside the home with life-threating gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital.
According to McGuire, a second man who was shot drove away from the house, but was pulled over by a Nebraska State Patrol trooper on a traffic stop. Police say that man is in the hospital in critical condition.
Capt. Bob Farber said that authorities were looking for a third person possibly involved in the shooting.
The shooting remains under investigation.
