LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — A 67-year-old Lincoln man accused of molesting five girls over several years has been given 20 to 25 years in prison.
Online court records say the man was sentenced Tuesday in Lancaster County District Court. The records say he pleaded no contest and was convicted on two counts of child sexual assault. Prosecutors dropped four other counts in return for his pleas.
The Associated Press is not using the man’s name, in order to protect the girls’ privacy.
A court document says he molested the girls between 1997 and 2015 and that the youngest was 3 when the assaults began.
