Students will have the opportunity to learn about numerous theatrical areas, including makeup, lighting, sound, staging, set design and many others.  They will also prepare a full-length play, The Last Day of School, for the community, with two performances at the conclusion of the workshop.
Students selected to participate in the workshop (up to 20) will be required to pay a $35.00 fee. This includes all materials needed for the workshop and a t-shirt.
Those interested in auditioning do not need to have anything prepared, and will read selections chosen by the directors.
The Academy is directed by Brittany McDaniel and Scott Carlson.
