NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (AP) — A slow-moving system is expected to bring a mix of rain and snow to the Panhandle and other parts of western Nebraska.
The National Weather Service says snow depth Friday evening and Saturday will depend on elevation, but the snow will be heavy with moisture. Three to 4 inches could land in Scottsbluff, with more to the south in Sidney and Kimball.
Four to 7 inches of snow also is in the forecast for the northern Sandhills.
