Patricia K. “Pat” Hupfer, 59, of North Platte, passed away June 28, 2016 at her home. She was born on May 3, 1957, to Lawrence and Donna (Yocum) Dircksen at North Platte. Pat was raised in North Platte and attended school at Buffalo Elementary and graduated from North Platte High School with the Class of 1976. On July 5, 1975, she was united in marriage to Rick Hupfer at North Platte. Her family was the most important part of her life and was she able to stay at home and raise her two children, Mitzi and John. Pat was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Dircksen. She is survived by her mother, Donna Dircksen; two children, Mitzi (Leroy) Kramer and John (Heather) Hupfer all of North Platte; sisters, Georgia (Larry) Nelms, Deb (Tom) Erickson and LaDonna (Terry) Mead; brothers, Michael (Pam) Dircksen and Stephen (Roberta) Dircksen; grandchildren, Taylor Kramer and Holden Hupfer; step grandchildren, Teana (Adam) Moore, Charles (Nicole) Kramer, Maxx, Elliot and Chloe Weigel; also by her life partner, Walter Joe; and several other relatives.
