Phyllis Jean Shavlik, age 79, of North Platte, passed away Wednesday August 15, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE.  Memorial services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday August 25, 2018 at Episcopal Church of Our Savior with Reverend Jeffrey Nelson officiating.  Inurnment  will be at a future date at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Neola, IA.

Those wishing to do so may sign the register book from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m Friday August 24, 2018 with Family Receiving Friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
