Dale Phillip Nordblad, age 63 of North Platte, passed away Tuesday September 25, 2018 at Great Plains Health.

Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday October 2, 2018 at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home with Pastor Brent Montgomery officiating.
