On 10-10-18 at 745 pm, an officer was flagged down by a citizen in the 1500 block of East 12th St who advised that they were unable to locate their 14-year-old daughter.
They reported that Maddie Fletcher was sitting on the porch and then when they went to check on her, she was gone. Maddie has autism.
Media outlets were notified and a post put on Facebook once Maddie was not located in the immediate area in order to notify the public. At 240 am, Maddie was located walking around in the area of 16th and Custer by her parents and taken home safely.
