North Platte (7-10) lost both games of a doubleheader at Grand Island (13-3) on Tuesday night. Game one ended in six innings, 10-2, after a five run sixth inning by Grand Island. The Lady Bulldogs fell behind 5-0 before cutting the deficit to 5-2 going into the bottom of the 6th inning. Taylar Coleman had an RBI single and Hallie Morales hit a solo home run in game one for North Platte.

Grand Island won game two, 8-0, in five innings. North Platte stranded the bases loaded in the top of the 5th inning, the Lady Bulldogs stranded 14 runners total in the two games.
