jailWAYNE, Neb. (AP) — Two men have been given 30 to 60 months in prison for stealing an ATM from a northeast Nebraska bank.

Twenty-two-year-old Cody Murphree and 23-year-old Jacob Christiansen, both of Norfolk, were sentenced Wednesday morning in Wayne County District Court. They had pleaded guilty to theft after taking plea deals with prosecutors. The two also must make restitution of $13,900 to Elkhorn Valley Bank & Trust in Hoskins.

A third man convicted of the same charges, 24-year-old David Rhodes, of Madison, Alabama, is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 2.
