The North Platte Lady Bulldogs (35-3) are headed to the Class A state volleyball tournament for the second consecutive season following the A2 District , Championship. North Platte defeated Lincoln High 25-7, 25-5, 25-5 in the opening match and secured the district title with a 25-10, 25-13, 25-16 victory over Omaha Westside.

North Platte will be the No. 2 seed in the state tournament and likely face No. 7 seed Lincoln Southeast, although the official pairings will be released by the NSAA on Sunday.
