NPCC Lady Knights Volleyball Sign Eckhout

North Platte –The North Platte Community College Lady Knights Volleyball team has signed Jessica Eckhout from Amherst.

Eckhout, is a 5’ 6” outside/defensive specialist for the Amherst High School Lady Broncos, coached by Julie Baasch.  The Lady Broncos finished 24-6 this past season.

Lady Knight’s head coach Alexa Hopping said, “She is a good and hardworking kid.”

During her high school career, Jessica played in 170 sets and had 350 kills, 19 blocks and 1,090 defensive digs.

Eckhout’s signing completes the recruiting class for the upcoming 2016 season.

Jessica is the daughter of Jay Eckhout and Holly Mead.
