Authorities Say Man Had Heart Problem Before Lincoln Fire

fireLINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — An autopsy shows a Lincoln man had a heart problem before a fire broke out at his home.

The body of 71-year-old Gary Tunnison was found on March 16 inside a garage that had been converted into a living space.

The Lancaster County attorney’s office says the cause of Tunnison’s death was consistent with heart disease and that Tunnison had a heart episode before the fire.
