Raymond L. Cooper, Jr, age 69 of Colorado and formerly of North Platte, died June 12, 2016 in Denver. Services will be 10:00 am Friday, June 17, 2016 at Carpenter Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Ft. McPherson National Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at Carpenter Memorial Chapel.
