LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — A 29-year-old Lincoln man has been sentenced to three years in federal prison for possession of child pornography.
U.S. Attorney Deborah Gilg says Alex Paul Garden was sentenced Tuesday in Lincoln’ federal court. Upon his release, Garden will serve five years of supervised release and must register as a sex offender.
Authorities say a tip led them to Garden, and a search of his computer turned up images of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
