VERDIGRE, Neb. (AP) — A 32-year-old man has been killed in northeast Nebraska’s Knox County.

The accident occurred just before 7 a.m. Saturday on a rural road about four miles northeast of Ashfall Fossil Beds. The Nebraska State Patrol says Dana Ziegenbein, of Pierce, lost control of the truck he was driving. It struck a bridge, ran off the roadway and rolled, pinning Ziegenbein beneath it when it came to rest.
