LOUP CITY, Neb. (AP) — A former Loup City teacher accused of placing spy cameras in a girls locker room been sentenced to up to 15 years in prison.
The Nebraska Attorney General’s says in a news release that 25-year-old Anthony Rahe was sentenced Friday to seven to 15 years for a series of convictions. Rahe was found guilty in September of felony manufacture of visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct. A month earlier, he pleaded no contest to an identical charge and two intrusion counts.
Prosecutors say Rahe on several occasions placed motion-activated cameras in the high school girl’s locker room. He then took the cameras home and uploaded the images to his stored files on a cloud drive.
