Deborah L. Clark of Cozad passed away February 22, 2018 at Plum Creek Assisted Living in Lexington, Nebraska at the age of 64. Deborah was born April 20, 1953 in O’Neill, Nebraska to Louis and Doris (Eppenbach) Storjohann. She grew up in Burwell, Nebraska and graduated from High School. On January 5, 1974, she married Roger Clark. The couple were blessed with three children, Candy, Nicole and Jerad. The family settled in Cozad in 1976 to raise their family. Deborah cleaned the post office and other local businesses for 20 years and helped Roger at the boot shop. Deborah enjoyed cooking, listening to music, sewing and crocheting. Her most treasured times were spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and her dog, Jadyn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, David Storjohann.
Survivors include her husband, Roger of Cozad; daughters, Candy Buffington and husband Mike of North Platte and Nicole Clark of Hastings; son, Jerad Clark of Kearney; grandchildren, Allison and Ryan Clark of Kearney; 2 sisters, Shirley Belisle and husband Maurice of Denver, CO and Linda Hendrickson and Ron Hendrickson of Big Springs, NE; 2 brothers, Harold Storjohann and wife Joy of AR and Larry Storjohann and wife Monica of AZ; furry friends, Jack, Jadyn and Buttercup; and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
A memorial has been established in her name. Services will be held Monday, February 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Berryman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ann Gahn officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be Sunday from 1 to 5 at Berryman Funeral Home.
