GERING, Neb. (AP) – Another 18-year-old Gering man has been sentenced for his role in the beating and robbery of a man in Scottsbluff.
Antonio Ybarra on Tuesday was sentenced to six to 10 years in prison. He’d been convicted of robbery and assault.
Prosecutors say Ybarra was one of four young men who helped beat another 18-year-old man and stole his car last October.
Raymond Furrey was placed on probation for his role. On Monday, Dimas Garza was given five to eight years in prison. Santana Garza is scheduled to be sentenced later this month.
