Phyllis Jean Shavlik, age 79 of North Platte, died August 15, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE.  Cremation was chosen.  Family services will be at a later date at the Episcopal Church of Our Savior in North Platte.  Adams and Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
