Two of the “Dog Kennel Four” are sentenced.

 

North Platte Neb-A trial to determine the fate of two out of the four adults who locked up two children ages 3 and 5 in a wired shut dog kennel has come to a verdict.

On Thursday at the Lincoln county court, 22 Lacy Beyer, and 26 Bryson Eyten, received one year probation for child abuse  neglect and second-degree false imprisonment by Judge Michael Piccolo after pleading no contest.

In October  Police responded to a call at  2421 E. E Street in North Platte for welfare check, found two children locked in dog kennels in a house full of trash, urine, filth.

The children belonged to 23 year old Ashley Clark. The date of Clarks trial is set for July 2nd.
Also involved with the event was 25 Samantha Eyten also awaiting trial.
