ZOEY 101 STAR NOT GOING TO JAIL: Matthew Underwood aka Logan from Nickelodeon’s Zoey 101will not be headed to jail after being caught in his Florida home with weed, smoking devices and an underage girlfriend. Matthew reportedly plead no contest and will be put on 12 months probation. Matt is reportedly expected to attend a substance abuse program, report to a victim impact panel and pay court fees.

JAMES BLUNT ON NEW BRITISH COMPILATION: Now That’s What I Call Music! series is releasing a new compilation celebrating British music, in time for the summer Olympics in London. The album features British music stars from Amy Winehouse to Jessie J.

IS SCARLETT REALLY GETTING $20 MILLION? Scarlett Johansson’s rep is predictably refusing to confirm reports of a $20 million paycheck for Avengers 2.Despite reports of the massive offer, Scarlett’s camp told E! that they had “no knowledge” of the number being discussed. The site also noted that Johansson was paid just $400,000 when she first played Black Widow in Iron Man 2.

‘MOCKINGJAY’ GETTING BROKEN INTO 2 FILMS: The Hunger Games: Mockingjay will be split into two separate films. The studio announced that Part 1 will hit theaters on November 21, 2014 while Part 2 while be released on November 20, 2015. The second installment of the trilogy, Catching Fire, is due out in November of 2013.

SETH MEYERS COMMENTS ON REGIS RUMORS: Seth Meyers is trying to quiet the rumors that he’s the frontrunner to permanently replace Regis Philbin on Live! opposite Kelly Ripa. When asked about the reports, Seth told the Orlando Sun-Sentinel, “No, no, no, no, no. I know [Regis’ replacement] is a very important thing down there. But, right now, what I would say to you: I’m really in love with the job I have. “I’m very excited to be going back [to SNL] for the election season, which is always fun.” GossipCop.com noted that Meyers could still keep his SNL gig if he landed the Live! position.

BARRY WATSON JOINS ‘GOSSIP GIRL’: Barry Watson is joining the final season of Gossip Girl. TVLine.com reported that the former 7th Heaven star will play a love interest for Blake Lively’s character, Serena. Gossip Girl’s sixth and final season premieres October 8 on The CW.

‘JERSEY SHORE’ WRAPS 6TH SEASON: The sixth season of Jersey Shore is a wrap. The Associated Press confirmed that the cast finished filming the latest installment of their reality show after the July 4th holiday week — when they were seen embracing in a group hug, after which they went their separate ways. A premiere date for the new season has not yet been announced by MTV.

JASON SUDEIKIS TALKS SNL EXIT: Although Jason Sudeikis hasn’t officially announced his departure from Saturday Night Live, the comedian insinuated that the end might be here. He discussed his seven-year-run on the program, telling Men’s Journal, “I’ve left places before. This is very, very different. Goodbyes are tough.” Jason’s contract expired at the end of last season and he is under no obligation to return.

KRISTEN WIIG GUSHES ABOUT BOYFRIEND: Kristen Wiig is smitten. The actress — who just concluded her Saturday Night Live career — told Marie Claire that she’s “happier than I’ve ever been” dating Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti. When asked about her personal life, Wiig told the magazine, “I am shyer than most people think. I will say that I’m happier than I’ve ever been and I feel very lucky right now.” After she was pressed why, Wiig responded, “Where I am now. Who he is. Those are the two big ones.”

SIENNA MILLER BABY NAME REVEALED: Sienna Miller has reportedly named her new baby daughter Marlow. Us Weekly noted that the moniker is a nod to her U.K. roots, explaining that it’s a unisex moniker of Old English origin meaning ‘driftwood,’ or ‘lake leavings’ (referring to the area remaining after a lake has been drained), and was first used to refer to a region near Buckinghamshire, England.” Miller and her fiance Tom Sturridge welcomed their baby this past weekend.

CAT CORA ARRESTED FOR DUI: Celebrity chef Cat Cora was arrested for driving under the influence last month. E! reported that the 45-year-old was busted after getting into a fender-bender on June 17th. Cora admitted to consuming three bottles of beer and failed two Breathalyzer tests after registering blood-alcohol levels of 0.20 and 0.19. She said in a subsequent statement, “I deeply regret my decision to drive that evening after my designated driver became unavailable. I learned a very important lesson from this experience and take full accountability for my actions. This will never happen again.”

PAULA ABDUL AND SIMON COWELL ARE STILL FRIENDS: Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell didn’t let a little thing like him firing her from X Factor come between their friendship. Abdul told Celebuzz, “Believe it or not, Simon and I are friends. It’s a warped kind of thing.” She added that there are no hard feelings regarding the X Factor decision, explaining, “He was stuck between a rock and a hard place when he opened up his mouth. He thought change and a bold and a big departure were needed for what was going on.”
