Tina Marie Arensdorf, age 46 of North Platte, passed away August 8, 2012 at GPRMC.
Tina was born in North Platte and grew up in Wellfleet, moving to North Platte when she was in the 5th grade. She attended NPHS and spent her junior year in Sweden as a foreign exchange student through the Rotary. Tina graduated in 1984 then attended UNL for two years, then completed travel school and became a travel agent. Tina married Bret Arensdorf April 17, 1987 in North Platte. The couple lived in Omaha for 15 years, where she worked in the travel industry. After 2 years in Falls City, they moved to Cozad for 3 years, then back to North Platte.
Tina was diagnosed with MS at the age of 27 and has battled this disease with courage and strength for 19 years.
Tina loved to read and write children’s books and she made her family the true center of her life.
Tina is survived by her husband Bret of North Platte; 3 children Stefan, Karissa and Aidan Arensdorf; a sister Dolly (Mike) Mroczek of North Platte; a brother Pat (Susan) Miller of Ft. Morgan, CO; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Betty Miller.

Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday August 14. 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic church with the Reverend James Golka as Celebrant. Book signing will be Monday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.. Cremation was chosen.
