An Omaha man who was arrested in May for possession of crack-cocaine and driving on a suspended license has received 25 to 30 years in prison.
Police first arrested 53-year-old Raymond Marion for driving on a suspended license in Lincoln, but during a struggle with police a sock containing 10 grams of crack-cocaine, and $1,000 fell from his pocket.
Marion pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver, he was sentenced on Tuesday.
