Rockies Drop Another 1-0 Contest

The Colorado Rockies have lost 1-0 games on back-to-back days for the first time in franchise history after falling by that score to the Atlanta Braves yesterday afternoon. The Braves’ lone run scored when Rockies pitcher Jhoulys Chacin dropped a throw from his catcher after a pitch, allowing a runner to come in from third. The Rockies travel to Philadelphia today to open a three-game weekend series against the Phillies. First pitch for tonight’s series opener comes at 6:10.
