The 51-year-old Kimberly Small was sentenced to 90 days in the Lincoln County Detention Center  followed by three years of probation after she used her mother’s credit card without permission.

Small pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a financial transaction device. Prosecutors reduced charges of abuse of a vulnerable adult.

Small must pay restitution of more than $14,000.
