Lincoln, Neb. – Nebraska senior Lauren Cook was tabbed the Big Ten Setter of the Week for the second consecutive week on Monday as announced by the Big Ten Conference. The award marks her third Setter of the Week honor this season.
The Lincoln, Neb., native earned the award after averaging 11.6 assists and 2.3 digs per set in wins over No. 10 Minnesota (3-1) and Wisconsin (3-0) over the weekend. She led the third-ranked Huskers to a .361 hitting percentage for the weekend, including a .396 clip against the Badgers, where she dished out 37 assists.
Nebraska will travel to Iowa on Wednesday, Oct. 17 for a 7 p.m. match with the Iowa Hawkeyes.
