Four Husker football players and two Husker volleyball players received Academic All-District honors, chosen by the College Sports Information Directors of America. On the football team, seniors Rex Burkhead and Sean Fisher earned honors for the second straight year, and juniors Spencer Long and Jake Long were also chosen. Spencer Long was a repeat selection as well. For the volleyball team, seniors Gina Mancuso was a repeat choice, and senior Morgan Broekhuis was a first-time honoree.
