MPCC Board of Governors Votes to Keep Student Fees the Same Next Year

MPCCThe Mid-Plains Community College (MPCC) Board of Governors voted to hold tuition, fees and room and board costs the same for next year.

At their meeting in North Platte on Wednesday, the Board voted to retain tuition and fees for Nebraska students, as well as border state students at $77.00 per credit hour.  A resident student can expect to pay around $1,300 per semester for a full load of classes.

Room and board will remain the same also.  A resident student will pay approximately $2,500 for housing and meals per semester.

The Board also approved two new MPCC student clubs, the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Club and the Gay Straight Alliance Club.

The MPCC system has colleges in North Platte and McCook.
