Thespians at North Platte High School (NPHS) are ready to show off their acting and singing skills.
Children of Eden opens tonight at the NPHS Performing Arts Center.
The musical is based off the first 10 chapters of Genesis, and examines the centuries-old conflict between children and their parents. Additionally, Children of Eden examines the human struggles of choosing right from wrong and listening to you heart.
The cast includes over 60 NPHS students and is directed by vocal music teacher Leah Purdy.
Performances will be held March 8 and 9 at 7:30, with a matinee on March 10 at 2:00. Tickets are $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Kittle’s Music, Westfield Pharmacy, Riddle’s Jewelry, DaBuzz Coffee House or at the NPHS Activities Office.
