timothy-gayFootball fans can learn about the physics behind the game’s big hits during a talk at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln next month.

The free lecture will be held inside Memorial Stadium’s West Stadium Club at 12:15 p.m. on April 5. A full house is likely because free pizza will be served 30 minutes beforehand.

It will also be broadcast live online at go.unl.edu/nl-timgay.

Gay will also talk about the research UNL is pursuing about how the brain behaves after a concussion.
