The Husker football roster will suffer another loss. Junior wide receiver Brion Carnes will be transferring at the end of the spring semester. Carnes was originally recruited as a quarterback and was number two on the depth chart in 2011, but sank down the depth chart last season and requested a position switch. He played in just one game in 2012. Bo Pelini confirmed Carnes’ intent to transfer over the weekend. He said he believes Carnes is the only current Husker who will depart.
