A North Platte businessman was jailed at the Lincoln County Detention Center for violating a protection order twice in one day.
According to North Platte Police Department (NPPD) Public Information Officer Rodney Brown, an Officer responded to two separate reports of a male subject violating a Harassment Protection Order on Monday, May 13.
At around 11:00 a.m., police received a report from the victim who reported that Robert Allberry, 49, was yelling obscenities at her place of employment and causing a disturbance.
The Investigator found probable cause to cite Allberry for violating a protection order and issued a summons.
Later that same day, the victim reported to police that Allberry had contacted her via email. Again, the Investigator found probable cause to cite Allberry, however, this time he was transported and jailed at the Lincoln County Detention Center.
Violation of a Harassment protection order is a Class II misdemeanor.
Detention Center records indicate that Allberry is being held without bond.
Allberry is the owner of Computer Troubleshooters in North Platte.
