(AP) — Two Omaha teenagers were arrested after they were chased down by an angry mother.

The woman told police that her 11-year-old son had been robbed by the boys on Tuesday. The boy says one of the teens threatened to shoot him as they stole his bicycle.

She tracked the teenagers and confronted them. They fled. A bystander who saw the incident found the bike abandoned nearby and took it to the woman’s home so it could be returned to the boy.

Police say the teen who made the threat was carrying a BB gun.

Two of the teenagers were arrested. A third boy wasn’t arrested.
