(AP) — A 40-year-old man has been arrested, accused of shooting to death his father in the eastern Nebraska town of Gretna.

Steven Braesch is in Sarpy County Jail, awaiting prosecution on charges that include second-degree murder in the slaying of 69-year-old William Braesch.

Sarpy County Attorney Lee Polikov said Monday that a family argument led to the shooting around 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Online court records don’t list the name of Steven Braesch’s attorney.
