(AP) — A Lincoln man faces up to 30 years in prison if he’s convicted of two federal child pornography counts.

A federal grand jury has indicted 39-year-old David Romanski on a count of receiving and distributing child pornography from about October 2008 until sometime in May. He is also charged in the indictment with possession of child pornography.

Federal prosecutors are asking that Romanski’s property used in the crimes — including a laptop computer and a computer hard drive — be forfeited to the U.S. government.
