(AP) — How the brain works is the focus of the Aug. 6 Omaha Science Café.

Dr. Sanjay Singh will discuss telepathy, memory and other aspects of the brain. He is chairman and professor of the Department of Neurology at Creighton University School of Medicine and medical director of neurosciences at Creighton University Medical Center.

In 2009 Singh gave a similar presentation, and Science Cafe organizers say his presentation on Aug. 6 will pick up where the first one left off.

The Science Cafe is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. at the Slowdown, 729 N. 14th St., in Omaha.
