-Jacob Moser entered a no contest plea to two counts of burglary. Moser was the getaway driver in the burglary of Kohler Trailer Sales and a North Platte residence. Authorities say a safe containing a large amount of cash was taken from Kohler Trailer Sales. Moser also played a role in the theft of a safe containing $20,000, important documents and credit cards from a home near North Platte. Moser will be sentenced September 9th.
-Sophia Boe was sentenced to 360 days in jail for assaulting a woman. Police say the woman Boe assaulted was a witness in a pending court case. Boe was found guilty of 3rd Degree Assault, Tampering with a Witness and Possession of Methamphetamine. Boe attended in-patient treatment, but was not able to complete the program successfully.
-Cole Picotte reached a plea deal with prosecutors and entered a no contest plea to Attempted First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. Prosecutors say Picotte and a 15-year-old had a sexual relationship from December of 2012 to January of 2013. Piccotte’s sentencing was set for September 9th and he will have to register as a sex offender.
-Amie Jackson was sentenced to one to three years in prison for Possession of Methamphetamine. Police stopped a vehicle driven Jackson in April. During a search of Jackson’s vehicle, Police found paraphernalia commonly used for methamphetamine. Jackson was on parole at the time. She had been sentenced to prison in 2011 for giving prescription medication, Xanax, to her daughter.
