(AP) — The League of Women Voters of Lincoln-Lancaster County and AARP Nebraska are holding a panel discussion in Lincoln about the Affordable Care Act.
The public event is scheduled to run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sept. 12 at the Unitarian Church, 6300 A St.
Panelists will discuss what the health care law means for Nebraskans and how people can obtain health coverage. Speakers include Mark Intermill, advocacy director with AARP Nebraska, and Jerusha Hancock, health care access attorney with Nebraska Appleseed. A question-and-answer session will follow the discussion.
