The Islanders are ranked sixth in the Omaha World-Herald Class A poll. The first game between the Bulldogs and Islanders is set for 5 PM. Elsewhere in prep athletics today, the Sutherland volleyball team hosts a volleyball triangular, with Gothenburg and Southwest coming to town, as does Wallace, with Hitchcock County and Perkins County visiting. Brady’s volleyball team also plays in a home triangular as Paxton and SMC come calling, and St. Pat’s volleyball is headed to a triangular in Cambridge where they will also play Dundy County-Stratton.
