Lincoln – Registration is now open for the second annual Husker Buddies camp, presented by the Nebraska basketball program.  The event allows young fans in grades K-6 an opportunity to gain instruction directly from the Husker coaches and players. This year’s camp will take place on Thursday, Dec. 12, at Pinnacle Bank Arena from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The camp gives kids a chance to experience life as a Husker basketball player, including a chance to play on the Pinnacle Bank Arena floor – the same floor the Huskers play on. All Husker Buddies campers will receive a t-shirt, food and drinks, as well as a chance to win other prizes.

On-site registration and check-in runs from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Pinnacle Bank Arena, while parents can register their child in advance by downloading and returning the Husker Buddies Registration form and activity waiver. The camp costs $50, but is discounted to $40 if you sign your child up before Nov. 30.
