For the second time this season the Colorado Rockies suffered a walk-off defeat in Milwaukee. Ryan Braun’s leadoff homer in the bottom of the eleventh inning gave the Brewers a 2-1 victory over the Rockies last night. Braun connected off of Matt Lindstrom to give the Brewers their sixth victory over the Rockies in eight meetings this season. The Rockies took a 1-0 lead in the fourth inning on Wilin Rosario’s RBI double, but Prince Fielder’s solo home run in the sixth inning tied the game. The Rockies managed just one run on nine hits and four walks, and had two runners called out on plays at the plate. The Rockies and Brewers finish off their two-game series tonight.
